Watermelon Fruit Pizza

  • 1 medium seedless watermelon
  • 1 can whipped cream
  • 1 pint blueberries
  • 1 pint raspberries


  • Slice watermelon crosswise into a large round 1” thick circle. Cut into 8 “pizza slices”. (Repeat to make as many “pizzas” as you like to feed your gang!) 
  • When ready to serve, dot whipped cream on each slice and garnish with mixed berries. Serve immediately.
