Watermelon Fruit Pizza
This 5-minute dessert is a guaranteed hit for your next party or BBQ! Fresh watermelon slices serve as a "crust" for whipped cream and mixed berries in this impressive-seeming yet SO easy dessert pizza treat.
Servings: 8 slices
- 1 medium seedless watermelon
- 1 can whipped cream
- 1 pint blueberries
- 1 pint raspberries
- Slice watermelon crosswise into a large round 1” thick circle. Cut into 8 “pizza slices”. (Repeat to make as many “pizzas” as you like to feed your gang!)
- When ready to serve, dot whipped cream on each slice and garnish with mixed berries. Serve immediately.
