The Pear Tree Cocktail

Ingredients
- 4 oz ¼ cup pear nectar
- 1 oz gin 2 tbsp
- ½ oz lemon juice tbsp
- ½ oz rosemary syrup tbsp
- Garnishes: sliced pear and fresh rosemary sprigs
Instructions
- Combine above and shake well over ice. Serve on the rocks in a low ball glass garnished with a slice of pear and small sprig of fresh rosemary.
