Ingredients
Marinade
  • 1 TB olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 TB lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic minced
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 3/4 tsp dried oregano
Tzatziki Sauce
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cucumber small, peeled, seeded and diced
  • 4 plum tomatoes seeded and diced
  • 1/3 cup red onion minced
  • 2 TB fresh dill chopped
  • 1 TB lemon juice
  • 2 tsp fresh garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • hot sauce for serving
To serve
  • 4 pocket-less pitas warmed
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese
Instructions
  1. Combine all marinade ingredients in a shallow bowl.
  2. Add tenders, toss well to coat, and marinate for 30 minutes at room temperature or several hours to overnight in the fridge.
  3. Combine all Tzatziki sauce ingredients and keep chilled.
  4. Coat a grill or grill pan with cooking spray and heat on high heat.
  5. Cook chicken for 3-4 minutes per side, until browned and cooked through.
  6. Layer greens and grilled chicken on pitas. Top with Tzatziki sauce and garnish with feta cheese.
  7. Serve warm.
