Spice Crusted Roast Pork Tenderloin

Simple and delicious, this super tasty pork tenderloin pairs perfectly with almost any cuisine.

  • 1 3/4 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp granulated garlic
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 lb pork tenderloin
  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees and line a small roasting pan with foil. Combine salt and all spices in a small bowl. Rub over surface of pork. 

  2. Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray and heat over high heat. Brown pork on all sides; turning every 3-4 minutes with tongs. Transfer pork to roasting pan and roast for 10-15 minutes or until an internal temperature of 145 degrees. Let rest 3-5 minutes before slicing.
