So Simple Honey-Lime Fruit Salad

Sweet and tangy honey-lime give a brightened up approach to boring old fruit salad. This dish is a great addition to any dessert buffet or picnic lunch. To speed prep, grab pre-cut fruit at the market.
Prep Time15 mins
Course: Salad
Cuisine: American
Servings: 12 servings

  • 2 cups diced cantaloupe
  • 2 cups diced honeydew melon
  • 2 cups diced pineapple
  • 2 cups sliced strawberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2 TB honey
  • 4 tsp chopped fresh mint
  • 5 tsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp lime zest

  • Toss together cantaloupe, honeydew, pineapple, strawberries, and blueberries. Whisk together honey, mint, lime juice, and lime zest in a small bowl. Pour over fruit and toss to combine.

The fruit and dressing can be prepared ahead, but store them separately. Toss the fruit with the dressing just before serving (otherwise the lime juice may cause the berries to get mushy).
