- 3 lbs strawberries hulled (or approximately 8 cups)
- Juice and zest of 1 lemon
- 1/4 cup Organic Stevia
Purée all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth. Add to your ice cream maker according to manufacturer's directions and process until frozen.
For the best taste; substitute defrosted, frozen strawberries when out of season. No ice cream maker? No problem! Freeze strawberry mixture in a glass casserole dish & stir every 30 minutes, scraping to center until fully frozen. Scrape with a fork for easy Strawberry Granita.
