Shrimp Bites with Cucumber, Ginger & Wasabi Aioli
Sushi-style shrimp bites are a simple, delicious way to bring upscale apps to your next cocktail party or brunch buffet. They're so easy to make, and are sure to wow your guests!
Servings: 6 bites
- 1 TB light mayonnaise
- ¼ tsp soy sauce
- ¼ tsp sesame oil
- ¼ tsp wasabi paste
- pinch minced ginger
- 6 slices cucumber
- 6 pieces pickled ginger
- 6 small cooked shrimp
- chopped scallion and black sesame seed for garnish
- Combine mayonnaise, soy sauce, sesame oil, wasabi paste, and ginger. Top each cucumber slice with 1 piece pickled ginger and a dab of aioli. Top with shrimp and remaining aioli. Garnish with scallion and sesame seeds.
