Shrimp Bites with Cucumber, Ginger & Wasabi Aioli

Sushi-style shrimp bites are a simple, delicious way to bring upscale apps to your next cocktail party or brunch buffet. They're so easy to make, and are sure to wow your guests!

  • 1 TB light mayonnaise
  • ¼ tsp soy sauce
  • ¼ tsp sesame oil
  • ¼ tsp wasabi paste
  • pinch minced ginger
  • 6 slices cucumber
  • 6 pieces pickled ginger
  • 6 small cooked shrimp
  • chopped scallion and black sesame seed for garnish


  • Combine mayonnaise, soy sauce, sesame oil, wasabi paste, and ginger. Top each cucumber slice with 1 piece pickled ginger and a dab of aioli. Top with shrimp and remaining aioli. Garnish with scallion and sesame seeds.
