- 2 heads broccoli 1 1/2 lbs, cut into florets (~8 cups)
- 1 TB extra virgin olive oil
- 1 TB low sodium soy sauce
- 2 tsp orange juice
- 2 tsp orange zest
- 1 ½ tsp minced ginger
- 1½ tsp minced fresh garlic
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.Line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Toss broccoli with olive oil and spread across baking sheets.
Roast in oven for 20-25 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until lightly browned. While broccoli roasts, whisk together soy sauce, orange juice, orange zest, ginger, and garlic in a small bowl. Drizzle over cooked broccoli and serve.
