This breakfast feels way more decadent than it is. With part-skim ricotta, it's a healthier take on your favorite bakery’s fruit danish. They'll be a cute, sweet treat for your next brunch.

  • 2 Honey Wheat Arnold Sandwich Thins
  • ½ cup part-skim ricotta cheese
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 2 TB all fruit raspberry jam
  1. Toast sandwich thins slightly in toaster oven. Mix ricotta cheese and lemon zest together and spread 2 TB across each half. Top each with 1 ½ tsp jam and return to toaster oven to heat through. Serve immediately.
