Ingredients

  • 2 cups steel cut oats
  • 1 15 oz can pumpkin puree
  • 7 ½ cups milk
  • 1 TB pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • Optional garnishes: dried cranberries toasted chopped pecans, brown sugar, cream

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Cook for 5-6 hours on low. Serve with optional garnishes.
