Prosciutto, Pear & Balsamic Bites

- 1 ripe red Anjou pear cut into 8 thick slices
- 2 thin slices prosciutto
- ½ tsp white balsamic
- 1 TB shaved Parmesan
- 2 tsp finely chopped toasted pecans
- basil chiffonade for garnish
Cut prosciutto into 8 strips. Wrap one around the center of each pear slice and drizzle evenly with balsamic. Sprinkle with Parmesan and pecans. Season with salt, fresh ground black pepper, and garnish with basil.
