Prosciutto, Pear & Balsamic Bites

Ingredients
  • 1 ripe red Anjou pear cut into 8 thick slices
  • 2 thin slices prosciutto
  • ½ tsp white balsamic
  • 1 TB shaved Parmesan
  • 2 tsp finely chopped toasted pecans
  • basil chiffonade for garnish
Instructions
  1. Cut prosciutto into 8 strips. Wrap one around the center of each pear slice and drizzle evenly with balsamic. Sprinkle with Parmesan and pecans. Season with salt, fresh ground black pepper, and garnish with basil.
