Pesto w Artichoke & Greek Yogurt
Whip together this super tasty pesto in a snap with just a few ingredients from your pantry. Toss over pasta or try it as a fun dip for crudité.
- 1/3 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup bottled artichokes in water drained, finely chopped
- 2 tsp prepared low-fat pesto
- ½ tsp minced garlic
- salt & pepper to taste
- Stir all ingredients together.
