Orange-Strawberry Smoothie

Yummy Greek yogurt gives a kick of protein to this tangy sweet smoothie. Make it before bed for an easy grab-and-go breakfast in the morning!

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup orange juice
  • ¼ cup skim milk
  • ½ cup plain non fat Greek yogurt
  • 8 oz frozen strawberries
  • 1 TB honey

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender on highest setting, for 1-2 minutes until smooth.
