Grilled Fruit Kebabs

Want a fun dessert for your next barbecue? Try these party-perfect kebabs for a crowd pleaser that sneakily gets some fruits and vitamins into your big meat eaters!
Servings: 4 servings


  • ½ large honeydew melon peeled, seeded
  • 2 large ripe mangoes
  • 12 medium strawberries
  • 4 large or 8 small skewers
  • cooking spray
  • fresh mint for garnish


  • Cut honeydew and mango into 12, 1 ½” cubes of each fruit. Thread fruit evenly across all skewers, alternating between honeydew, strawberries, and mango. Coat a grill or grill pan with cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat. Grill fruit kebabs for 1-2 minutes per side or until beginning to brown. Serve garnished with chopped fresh mint. Serves 4, 1 large or 2 small skewers each.
