Endive & Smoked Salmon Canapé

  • 1 TB light cream cheese
  • 2 TB chopped smoked salmon
  • 1 TB minced shallot
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp chopped capers
  • 3 large endive leaves trimmed
  • fresh dill and black pepper for garnish


  • Combine cream cheese, smoked salmon, shallot, lemon juice, and capers. Pipe or spread cream cheese mixture on endive and garnish with dill and black pepper.
