  • 2 TB chopped smoked salmon
  • 1 TB minced shallot
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp chopped capers
  • 3 large endive leaves trimmed
  • fresh dill and black pepper for garnish
Instructions
