Crudité in a Cup

Satisfying and healthy, this cup of crudité along with our garlic-herb yogurt dip is the perfect pack-n-go snack. Toss it in the kid's lunch bag or make several for individual treats for your next picnic or road trip!

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 tsp minced garlic
  • ½ tsp lemon zest
  • 1 TB chopped chives
  • pinch salt pinch hot pepper flakes
  • 16-20 pieces mixed crudité ~3”long peppers, carrots, celery, fennel, snap peas

Instructions

  • Combine ricotta, garlic, lemon zest, and chives.
  • Place in a 9 oz plastic cup and fill vertically with crudité.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and a rubber band.
