Creamy Tahini Dressing

This rich, creamy dressing contains no dairy and is delicious drizzled on everything from green salads to roasted veggies, fish, and falafel!

  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup warm water
  • 1 TB lemon juice
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/8 tsp cumin
  • 1/8 tsp smoked paprika


  • Whisk together all ingredients and season to taste.  Options!  Add coriander in place of the cumin or swap in hot honey for more of a kick.  To lighten this dressing up, whisk in 1/3 cup non fat Greek yogurt and season to taste.  For a richer dressing, whisk in 2 TB olive oil.
