Creamy Crab Dip with Horseradish
Wow your guests with this rich and slightly spicy dip. Serve it with baked pita chips, celery sticks or atop cucumber slices. It’s equally tasty warm or chilled.
Servings: 6 people
- 8 oz whipped cream cheese
- 8 oz lump crab meat fresh or canned, picked over for shells
- ½ cup minced red onion
- 2 TB horseradish
- 1 TB light mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1/8 tsp hot sauce
- 2 TB chopped scallions
- Preheat oven to 375. Spray a small glass baking pan with cooking spray. Combine cream cheese, crab meat, onion, horseradish, mayonnaise, garlic salt, and hot sauce in a small bowl. Place in pan and bake for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly. Top with scallions and serve.
This dip can also be served chilled.Simply mix the ingredients together, top with scallions and serve.It’s also delicious piped on top of celery sticks or cucumber slices.
