This sweet and tart cranberry purée is delicious as a holiday-inspired addition to the usual brunch mimosas, or in cranberry margaritas.

Servings: 2 cups
- 2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup orange juice
Just puree the ingredients in a food processor and refrigerate. You can make it up to 1 week ahead.
