Classic Mojitos

Everyone's favorites summer cocktail is so bright and fresh, they'll never know how simple they are to make! Plus, they're super pretty so you can serve them at your best cocktail party or fanciest brunch!

  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 TB lime juice
  • ¼ tsp lime zest
  • 1 TB fresh mint leaves
  • 1 ½ oz light rum
  • 4 oz diet lemon-lime soda


  • Muddle sugar, lime juice, lime zest, and mint leaves in a tall glass. Add ice, rum, and lemon lime soda and stir to combine. Serve garnished with optional fresh mint.
