Chive Yogurt Sauce with Capers

The perfect addition to poached salmon, this bright sauce is also great as a dip for chilled, cooked shrimp.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain low fat yogurt
  • 2 tbsp chopped chives
  • 2 tbsp chopped dill
  • 1 tbsp minced shallot
  • 1 tbsp minced capers
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • Pinch black pepper

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients and keep refrigerated until ready to serve.

Notes

Sauce can be made 2 days ahead.
