Chicken Gyro with Garlic-Dill Sauce

Delicious garlic-dill sauce takes simple sautéed chicken tenders up a flavor notch in this satisfying wrap. Kick things up a bit with a dash of hot sauce.

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp fat-free plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 small uncooked red onion s, 2 TB finely chopped
  • 1/4 tsp dried dill weed
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 whole wheat tortilla
  • 4 slices plum tomato
  • 4 slices peeled English cucumber
  • Cooking spray
  • 2 frozen chicken tenders

Instructions

  • Combine yogurt, onion, dried dill, garlic salt, and cayenne in a small bowl. Spread down the center of wrap. Layer tomato and cucumber slices on top. Heat a nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray over medium-hi heat. Season chicken tenders with salt and cook for 4-5 mins per side, until browned andcooked through. Place warm chicken on top of tomato/cucumber, roll up wrap, cut in half, and enjoy.
