Buttermilk-Scallion Dip w Fresh Herbs
This chunky, tasty dip is a perfect treat for any party. Try it with crudité or even as an option for serving with chicken wings.

- 1 cups fat-free Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup low-fat buttermilk
- ¼ cup cucumber peeled, seeded, finely chopped
- ¼ cup finely chopped scallion
- 2 TB minced fresh basil
- 2 TB minced fresh parsley
- 1 tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- pinch cayenne pepper
Mix together all ingredients and chill well.
