Buttermilk-Scallion Dip w Fresh Herbs

This chunky, tasty dip is a perfect treat for any party. Try it with crudité or even as an option for serving with chicken wings.

Ingredients

  • 1 cups fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup low-fat buttermilk
  • ¼ cup cucumber peeled, seeded, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup finely chopped scallion
  • 2 TB minced fresh basil
  • 2 TB minced fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • pinch cayenne pepper

  • Mix together all ingredients and chill well.
