  • ¼ cup butterscotch schnapps
  • 2 TB dark rum
Instructions
  1. Beat heavy cream on high in a large bowl until it begins to thicken. Add remaining ingredients and beat until medium peaks form. May be made ahead and kept chilled, covered, for several hours before serving.
