  • 2 cups steel cut oats
  • 7 ½ cups low fat milk
  • 3 ripe bananas mashed well
  • 1 TB cinnamon
  • 3 TB light brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg
  1. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Cook for 6-7 hours on low or 3-4 hours on high.
