These elegant bacon-wrapped asparagus spears are delicious served with a savory Dijon dipping sauce. They're super pretty, and so very easy to make. Try them at your next party ... they're sure to be a hit!
- 2 slices center cut bacon
- 4 large asparagus spears
- 1 tsp light mayonnaise
- 1 tsp grainy mustard
Preheat oven to 400 degrees and line a baking sheet with a rack. Cut bacon in half lengthwise. Wrap bacon around asparagus and place on rack with the bacon ends tucked under to stay in place. Bake for 15 minutes to crisp bacon. Combine mayonnaise and mustard and serve with asparagus.
