Artichoke Dip w Dill
Nutrient-rich artichokes make for a delicious, easy dip in this tasty Greek yogurt-based recipe. Just a quick chop and a bit of stirring and you're ready to go! Serve with toasted pita chips or crusty bread.
Servings: 2 cups
- 1 15 oz can artichoke hearts rinsed & drained
- 1 ½ cups fat free Greek yogurt
- 2 TB chopped fresh dill
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- Coarsely chop artichokes and stir in remaining ingredients.
