The Pear Tree Cocktail

This elegant gin cocktail pairs sweet and savory flavors beautifully. Perfect for parties, you can shake them individually or mix up in multiples and serve in a pretty carafe or small pitcher.


  • 4 oz (¼ cup) pear nectar
  • 1 oz (2 TB) gin
  • ½ oz (1 TB) lemon juice
  • ½ oz (1 TB) rosemary syrup
  • Garnishes: sliced pear and fresh rosemary sprigs
  • Makes two 4 oz cocktails


Combine above and shake well over ice.  Serve on the rocks in a low ball glass garnished with a slice of pear and small sprig of fresh rosemary.
