Take a mini Hawaiian vacation without leaving your house! These not-too-sweet take on the Trader Vic’s classic are best served straight from the blender. Try them paired with Asian appetizers for a tiki-themed treat.
- 4 oz (1/2 cup) coconut rum
- 2 oz (1/4 cup) dark rum
- 2 oz (1/4 cup) orange liqueur
- 2 oz (1/4 cup) amaretto liqueur
- 4 tsp grenadine
- 1/2 cup crushed pineapple
- 4 cups ice
Combine all in a blender and pour into small tumblers or margarita glasses.
