Single Serving Spicy Greek Layer Dip

Ideal for entertaining, these tasty dips use store-bought hummus and tzatziki combined with chopped veggies, feta, and olives in beautifully layered individual cups. Serve with baked pita chips or veggies and use the leftovers for a great light lunch or snack.

  • 1 c prepared Greek yogurt tzatziki dip
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 c minced red onion
  • 1 c drained, chopped roasted red peppers
  • 1 c spicy hummus
  • 1 c diced cucumber
  • 1 c seeded diced plum tomato
  • ½ c crumbled feta
  • ½ c chopped Kalamata olives
  • 8 tsp chopped fresh mint


Mix together tzatziki dip with garlic. Line up 8-9oz cups.  Using a measuring spoon and working across cups fill each with 2 TB garlic-tzatziki mixture, 2 TB red onion, 2 TB roasted pepper, 2 TB hummus, 2 TB cucumber, 2 TB plum tomato, 1 TB feta, 1 TB olives.  Garnish each with 1 tsp mint and serve chilled.


We like the kick of spicy hummus in this dish –but feel free to substitute your favorite flavor!
